We hope that you love your LilyWild purchase!

LilyWild sales are extremely limited, and we can only accept returns for defective items. If an item arrives and you feel it is flawed, please contact us within three days of receipt.

If we do not have an item in stock for exchange, we will issue a store credit or you may exchange for another item in stock at the same price point.

Because kids will be kids . . . For normal wear and tear, please purchase the Hospital Fix. You will ship your damaged item back, and we will fix it up and send it back to you. Hospital waiting room times will vary depending on the other patients in line.
